หัวเรื่อง:ไม่มีชื่อไทย (ชื่ออังกฤษ : Stove Used in Dry Storage) ผู้เขียน:Larb Rubsiri สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์:pdf AbstractThis research has been conducted to cooperate with the dry storage that has been presened previously. Electrical heaters were used in the previous research (Dry Storage) which is unsuitable for rural areas and rather expensive. The main purpose of this research is aimed at adaptation of wastes from industries and agricultural products to be used as fuels in appropriate stoves. Four types of stoves were disigned and two of them selected for this research. The 4 stoves give almost the same result. The second and the third types are rather complicate in construction and costly; heat loss is also high. Stove no. 1 and 2 have been selected for this research. The test results show that liverated heat from these two stoves is much greater than required. In some tests the steel grids even melted. |
หัวเรื่อง:ไม่มีชื่อไทย (ชื่ออังกฤษ : Dry Store) ผู้เขียน:Larb Rubsiri สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์:pdf AbstractThe aim of this research is to study the possibility of modification of the original rice storage using in general for Thai farmers to be a grain dryer and at the same time to be a storage. This drier has been designed as a radial type. The test results have shown that the moisture content of 4 tons of rice reduced from 23% to 14% (Wet basis) within 9 hours, using air at ambient temperature, decreasing rate of moisture content is about 1% per hour per hour per 4 tons of rice. The advantages of dryer are simplicity in construction, maintenance and the fixed and operating costs are low. |
หัวเรื่อง:กังหันลมเพื่อการเกษตรและไฟฟ้า ผู้เขียน:Larb Rubsiri สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์:pdf Abstract The objective of this research is to study the possibilities of wind power for water pumping and for electricity generation. The study comprises the design of types of wind mills and water pumps suitable for rural areas. The test results indicate that the windmill of 4.00 meters in diameter, with 8 colth sails (or used fertilizer sacks), turning in all directions is capable of pumping water at a rate of about 1700 liters per hour, with a head of 4.00 meters, the wind velocity being 10 kilometers per hour, the pump being 102 mm. in diameter and 70 mm. stroke. The test also shows that : 1) If the size of the tail is properly designed, the windmill will automatically turn away from wind direction when the wind velocity is too high. There is therefore no need for a safety device for protection from strong wind. 2) Temporary stop for changing parts or servicing may be accomplished by closing the water exit, there is thus no need for a braking device. These two factors reduce a great deal of cost of the system. |
